Project overview
The existing basement had low ceilings and little natural light, so AceWorld underpinned the foundation to gain full ceiling height.
The new plan includes a family room, wet bar, glass-enclosed home gym, guest bedroom, and a three-piece bathroom.
Waterproofing, a new sump and drainage system, and upgraded insulation were completed before finishing began.
